1. Rental Agreement

The rental agreement between you and Storage Queens Park outlines the terms under which your storage unit is provided. This agreement remains effective for the duration specified in your contract and renews automatically unless terminated as per the conditions below.

1.1 Unit Allocation

  • Units are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Unit sizes and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

1.2 Term of Rental

The rental period commences on the date the unit is accessed and continues on a monthly basis until terminated by either party.

2. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full and on time as per the agreed schedule. Failure to comply may result in late fees or termination of the rental agreement.

2.1 Payment Methods

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
  • Payment is due on the first day of each rental period.

2.2 Late Payments

Late payments will incur a fee of 5% of the outstanding amount. Continued non-payment may lead to the suspension or termination of your storage unit.

3. Access to Storage Units

Access to your storage unit is available during the facility's operating hours. Extended access outside these hours may be arranged subject to approval and may incur additional charges.

3.1 Security Measures

  • Security cameras monitor the premises 24/7.
  • Personal locks are required for each storage unit.

3.2 Access Authorization

Only authorized individuals listed in the rental agreement may access the storage unit. Sharing access credentials is prohibited.

4. Prohibited Items

Storing hazardous, illegal, or perishable items is strictly forbidden. The following items are prohibited:

  • Flammable materials
  • Explosives
  • Perishable goods
  • Stolen property
  • Illegal substances

Violating these terms may result in immediate termination of your rental agreement and involvement of law enforcement.

5. Liability

Storage Queens Park is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of items stored. It is recommended to secure proper insurance for your stored belongings.

5.1 Insurance

While insurance is not provided, we offer assistance in arranging coverage through third-party providers.

5.2 Limited Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for incidents caused by natural disasters, vandalism, or other unforeseen events.

6. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the rental agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, all stored items must be removed, and the unit must be vacated in good condition.

6.1 Early Termination

Early termination by the tenant may incur penalties as outlined in the rental agreement. Storage Queens Park reserves the right to terminate the agreement for non-compliance with terms and conditions.

6.2 Abandoned Property

If items are not removed within the stipulated period after termination, they may be considered abandoned and disposed of accordingly.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Storage Queens Park reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notifications of significant changes will be provided, and continued use of the storage services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7.1 Notification

Changes will be communicated via email or through notices posted at the facility. It is the tenant's responsibility to stay informed of any updates.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storage Queens Park operates. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.

9. Miscellaneous

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the tenant and Storage Queens Park, superseding any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

9.1 Severability

If a court determines any provision to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9.2 Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it in the future.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By renting a storage unit from Storage Queens Park, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
